Seattle Men Beat Life West and Advance to the Final Four at Nationals

Our Men's XV defeated Life West 19–17 in a match that came down to the final whistle, clinching the Pacific Super Regional championship and earning a place among the four best club rugby teams in the country. The Final Four of USA Club Rugby Division I. That's us.

The national championship event — the USA Club Rugby XVs National Championship Series — brings together the best club sides from across the country. Our men earned their spot the hard way, battling through a competitive Pacific field and surviving a white-knuckle finish against Life West. Now they have a chance to compete for a national title in Chicago, Illinois, May 15–17.
"This is bigger than a game. This is about what Seattle Rugby Club stands for — and we need the whole community behind us."
WHAT'S AT STAKE
The USA Club Rugby XVs National Championship Series is the premier competition in American club rugby. Teams qualify through four Super Regions — Pacific, Gulf Coast, Northern, and Atlantic — and only four teams make the Final Four. Seattle has never been one of them. Until now.
Winning in Chicago would mean bringing home a national championship — the first in the club's history. But before any of that can happen, we have to get there. And that's where you come in.

Getting our squad to Chicago for the national championship weekend means covering flights, hotel rooms for the full team, meals, local transport, and making sure our guys arrive ready to compete — not scrambling to cover costs out of pocket.

EVERY DOLLAR MAKES THE TRIP POSSIBLE
These players have given everything to this season — early mornings, late practices, sacrificed weekends, and the kind of commitment that only fellow rugby players truly understand. Many of them are working professionals, students, and parents who lace up because they love this club and this sport. They've earned this moment. It's our job to make sure they can seize it.
The $20,000 goal covers flights, hotel rooms for the full squad, meals, local transport, and making sure our guys arrive ready to compete. No player should have to think about finances when they're preparing to represent Seattle Rugby Club on the national stage.
Whether you're an alum who played your first ruck in Seattle blue, a longtime supporter who's watched this club grow for years, or someone who simply believes in what this team has built — this is the moment to show up. A donation of any size moves us closer to Chicago.
Send them to Chicago. Help cover the $20,000 it takes to get our squad to the Final Four. Every contribution goes directly toward travel, accommodation, and getting our men set up to compete for a national title.

HOW YOU GOT US HERE
Club rugby runs on community. There's no big-budget professional machine behind Seattle Rugby Club — there's a group of players who train hard, coaches who believe in them, and supporters like you who make the whole thing possible. This Pacific Super Regional title belongs to everyone who has ever donated, volunteered, shown up to a match, or spread the word.
Now we have a chance to go somewhere no Seattle Rugby Club team has gone before. The Final Four. The national stage. Let's make sure we're there — and let's make some noise when we arrive.
