Announcing Rugby Growth + Sustainability Program
The Rugby Club is seeking funds to hire a dynamic Head of Rugby growth and long-term sustainability of rugby across the Pacific Northwest. This position works closely with the Board and local unions to execute strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Game Development & Participation
Build youth-to-senior participation through schools, clubs, and community programs
Recruit and develop coaches, referees, and players at all levels
Community Engagement
Serve as PNW rugby ambassador across schools, parks, and community groups
Drive awareness through clinics, camps, and intro events
Revenue & Fundraising
Serve as PNW rugby ambassador across schools, parks, and community groups
Operational Support
Partner with the operations and leadership on strategy
Support marketing and communications efforts
