Heart, Hits, & Unity: Support Seattle Slam’s Road to Nationals!

At Seattle Rugby, we believe that the oval ball has the power to bring people together, regardless of how you play the game. This Valentine’s Day, we’re asking our community to trade the traditional chocolates for something a bit more high-impact: Wheelchair Rugby.
On February 14th, our friends at Seattle Slam are hosting a special community event, and we want to see the Seattle Rugby family out in full force to support them.

Why You Should Be There
Seattle Slam isn't just a team; they are elite athletes preparing for a massive Road to Nationals. This exhibition match features a unique twist: Seattle Slam athletes will take the court alongside able-bodied community players. It’s a showcase of "Heart, Grit, and Love for the Game" that proves rugby is for everyone.
- When: Saturday, February 14th, 2026 | 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Where: Tukwila Community Center (12424 42nd Ave S)
- Cost: Free to attend (though donations are highly encouraged!)
How You Can Help
The "Road to Nationals" is a grueling and expensive journey. Between specialized equipment maintenance and travel costs, these athletes need our support to represent the Pacific Northwest on the national stage.
Our Challenge to You: Whether you can attend in person or not, consider making a donation. Every dollar helps these athletes secure the resources they need to compete at the highest level.
