Marketing Committee

Seattle Rugby marketing committee is a group of like-minded alumni, fans, and players with a goal to promote the club and get as many people involved to spread the love of rugby. Each position requires about 5 hours of volunteer time per month with an additional hour for monthly marketing meetings. If you have a passion for rugby or marketing and want to get involved, we'd love for you to join our team!

Attend monthly board meetings and drive monthly marketing meetings
Organize and strategize annual plan and budget
Establish and drive marketing roles and responsibilities

Oversees marketing across the board

Designs & orders jerseys
Communication between teams & committee

Send out monthly communication emails
Bi-monthly news features
Collaborate with marketing team to highlight specific stories

Connect with partners quarterly, activate though marketing
Connect with Seattle Rugby Leadership
Partnership presentations/proposals
Coordinate with marketing team members

Design graphic material to support overall marketing
Collaborate with the team to create artwork for highlighted stories or campaigns
Create unique graphic material for players, coaches, and fans
